I cancelled my account with them three months ago because their product had deteriorated (the cartridges were not full and the batteries were dying in only a month). Today I received ten cartridges that I did not order, and they charged my credit card. I called and after ARGUING with me, claiming my cancellation was only for 3 months, they agreed to refund the purchase price, one-half now and one-half after I return the cartridges AT MY EXPENSE. I'll do it, but I think this is a sleazy company and want to warn other people to stay away.
