OptumRx is my prescription provider.
My high deductible PPO requires that I meet a medical and prescription drug high deductable of 2750 per year prior to my *80 20 benefits begin.

BCBS is my medical provider.
BCBS have me meeting my deductible on July 5.
OptumRx says that I have not met my deductible.

So I am still paying full price for my prescription drugs.

Lantus Insulin cost 288.00 per month under these circumstances.

OptumRx has been working on this problem since the last week of August 2013 and has still not gotten back to me with a correction or anything else.
On their web page they continue to say that I have not met my deductible.
I have receipts that say that I have paid more than a 1000 dollars this year.
They say I have only paid 640 dollars year to date.
They took over the account in July and do not have all of the records from January to June.
They are horrible.
