This company hired me at the end of August to be a Mail Clerk from home. I completed a contract that stated that I would be paid $2,000 per month and $300 reimbursement for everything that I had to purchase and use for the job once a month. I have worked from home before, so getting paid once and twice per month is normal to me. UPS and Fedex delivered different items to my home, and these were high dollar items, and I would print off a new shipping label, take a picture of the item, and ship it internationally through USPS. I shipped every item that was mailed to me and one week before it was time for me to get paid, my "manger" stopped replying to my messages that are sent on the shipincloud.com website that the shipwiz.us use to track packages and communicate with management. The "manager's" name is "Maria Koffman" her contact phone number is "305-600-5965." After she wouldn't reply to me on the website, I started calling her. The phone would ring twice and then her answering service would pick up. I left messages and never got a reply. After that I went to the website, shipwiz.us, to find the companies phone number. I called the company phone number and tried every department, and was only able to get a recording telling you to leave a message. If I wasn't an honest person I could have kept every iPad and camera that they sent to my house and sold them myself, but I am and I did a job that signed a contract for and was scammed horribly. I just wish that I could at least meet face to face with the person behind this. The "owner" who signed the contract along with me is "Nikolas Schnoor." I'm starting to believe that the items they sent to my house were paid for my some fraudulant method because the name that I sent the item to is completely different than the name the item came in. Just a sad situation.

  • Hello I am having the same problem with this company. I was supposed to get paid the same day and have not received any contact from the company either. I wonder if we are the only ones. I hope you don't mind me copy and pasting what you wrote here in my complaint. I couldn't have said it more perfectly myself.

  • Hi Lashonda! I don't mind at all. I've also submitted this information to the FBI @ www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams, you should too. Also the BBB, will allow you to submit this information and they will try to contact the company for you. I googled this company name before I started with the company to see if it was a scam, but no one had reported it, so I thought it was legit. Fooled the heck out of me.

  • I too was taken by this company. Reniv have you actually spoken with Maria? I wonder how come they haven't had any complaints until now. I don't know what the next step should be to get paid. since a contract was signed, don't they owe us a paycheck, legally?

  • Susan, you can also report it to
https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/radDocs/consumer/ReshippingScam.html & also like Asia suggested www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams. Legally they owe us a paycheck. The website was only up less than 84 days, the company didn't pay registration since 2011. I have spoken to Maria regarding work but my first payday is 10/07/2013 then when i check i saw Complaint 278813

  • My biggest issue is that they had me fax a copy of my driver's license and social security card. There's a lot you can do with just those 2 items. And the items they were sending to my home were iPads and cameras. None of it was cheap. And for those of us who actually did what we signed a contract to do, to get screwed like this....Pisses me off. One of the items were ordered from Sears and the item ended up not being in stock, so they sent a check to my home in the person's name the item was ordered in. I still have the check now. I think they may have stolen the credit card information, mailed the items to our homes, and had us mail the items off in our name. When I was first offered this job, I went to the website and everything seemed to make sense. There has to be some way that these transactions can be traced. Reniv, I think that they owe us a pay check legally as well. A contract is a contract.

  • I am going through the exact same situation at the moment. I'm supposed to get paid on the 16th of October, but after reading all this, I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. I already called the police but unfortunately I do have to wait until the 16th to file a report with them as well as with the Labor Commission, just to prove that I in fact didn't get paid as promised.
I suggest everyone do the same so that police reports build up on these people, please everyone file a police report and go to the Labor Commission, that's the only way we'll be able to get them.
I still have some packages left here that never got shipped because I never received a shipping label from them, and it's very expensive stuff... I am also worried that I gave them my personal information.

  • Hi Reniv,
I did leave a message to "Maria Koffman" on Shipincloud.com letting her know that I am now suspicious of them because of all this that I've read and also because I've tried calling her number as well as their 800 number (which doesn't even ring anymore) and she doesn't answer. So I'm pretty sure I won't get paid either... I let her know that if I in fact don't receive my paycheck I'd call the police and show them all the proof I have and I'd also file a report with the labor commission. She, of course, has not responded to my message. That's no surprise, right?
When I called the police I did tell them their website says they are in FL, the officer said that I still have to file a report locally because it's where the "victim" is located (I am in Sacramento CA.
I took screenshots of the messages and list of packages I shipped and everything, so I have that as evidence, I also have all the emails from when I sent them all my information and I have my copy of the shipping labels of the packages I sent. I also still have a few packages that I haven't sent out (and now I doubt I will) because they never provided me with a shipping label for them... Some very expensive stuff...

  • Everybody!! Please go to the police!! I just found out now that they were probably using OUR information (name, address, phone number, social security, etc.) to make it seem like WE (not them) were the ones using other people's credit cards to purchase all the items that were shipped to us. I looked at an invoice from Best Buy and it had a phone number, I called the number and turns out this person has actually been scammed from his credit card. Looks like they've been using his credit card to purchase many items from Best Buy and his bank is now investigating it. I received several packages that were under this person's name and it wouldn't surprise me to find out that Shipwiz people used MY information to make it seem like I was the one committing the fraud!!
    Please go to the police!

  • Everybody please check out this website: http://companies.findthecompany.com/l/27465668/Mailu-Inc-in-Coral-Gables-FL

Scroll all the way down to the reviews. Apparently the same people had another "business" called "MailU Inc." and they did everything the same, just the name of the "company" was different. And if you read the reviews, the names given there as the company's representatives are different from the ones we have from shipwiz. The ONLY name that's the same is MARIA KOFFMAN!!

  • Everyone needs to file a complaint at www.Ic3.gov. this is the FBI internet crimes unit. Make sure you give full details including the type of merchandise you received. Also make sure you have kept all documentation. The website shipwiz.US is now shut down. I made the report with them yesterday.

  • Lashonda thanks for the FBI information. I have been getting the run around trying to get help. I called the Florida Labor Commission, and was told this is a problem for the US labor commission, of course they are closed right now because of the lockout. I then called the Miami Police department, and was told I have to go to my local police department and file the complaint. They were clueless and have referred us to our state attorney generals office. If anyone has any solid leads as to what we need to do or where to go please let all of us know. Everyone please make sure you put a fraud alert out on your credit report. Also my wife tonight tried to log into the shop cloud and it will not let her in anymore.
