I made two bookings with this company, originally they were polite and seemed helpful before the booking. This is a way to secure the sale. Once the transaction was completed I endured 4 days of stress due to countless errors made by them. They e-mailed me incorrect details of my flights on two occasions. I spent hours on the telephone trying to rectify this. The staff were rude and unsympathetic. They then emailed me my E-ticket and my name was spelt incorrectly. They refused to amend it or issue me with a new E-ticket instead they contacted the airline explaining that they had made this error in the hope that I won't have any issues when I travel. I am now worried that i will encounter problems at the airport. This remains unresolved and no one is willing to rectify their mistake. Booking with this company was the worst mistake I could have made.
