I had a problem with outlook, I googled for outlook phone support & found 855-987-7974, they answered tech support for your microsoft product, yet they are not microsoft. Feeling that I contacted microsoft, I allowed him to log in, he checked things out took me to a csrss.exe file, advised me that it was a trojan horse virus and that we were being hacked. A payment of $1500.00 would fix this. I am glad that we did some checking around before proceeding with payment. Do not deal with this company.
