I purchased a mobile phone over the internet from EverBuying.com beginning of August 2013. They charged my account with the price of the mobile, which was close to 150 Euros after conversion, on August 09, 2013. As I did not receive the delivery, I sent a complaint on 13 September to which they replied politely within 24 hrs of my mail, asking me to have a bit more patience because the shipping went out on August 20 and that it could take a little longer.
I think what they meant was that I should hold out until my refund claim rights via Paypal have expired after the 45 days after payment limit, a deadline that I was not aware of at the time.
Having received nothing I complained again on October 05, actually demanding a refund. No reaction whatsever I wrote to them again, asking for more reactivity and an answer, on October 07. Again, no reaction.
I am led to believe that they are a scam and I will make sure to spread the word to avoid for other people to get burnt.
