I contacted this company back in July and told them I didn't want to use the product and to cancel. They didn't cancel the item and three months later started sending them to me again. I called again and they said they could refund only 50% of the cost of the last bottle so I was charged full price for the second one. THIS COMAPNY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM.
