This company hired me at the end of August to be a Mail Clerk from home & my pay date is Oct 7th but have seeing a ding, dong cent. I completed a contract that stated that I would be paid $2,000 per month and $300 reimbursement for everything that I had to purchase and use for the job once a month. I have worked from home before, so getting paid once and twice per month is normal to me. USPS,UPS and Fedex delivered different items to my home, and these were high dollar items, and I would print off a new shipping label, take a picture of the item, and ship it internationally through USPS. I shipped every item that was mailed to me and one week before it was time for me to get paid, my "manager" stopped replying to my messages that are sent on the shipincloud.com website that the shipwiz.us use to track packages and communicate with management. The "manager's" name is "Maria Koffman" her contact phone number is "305-600-5965." After she wouldn't reply to me on the website, I started calling her. The phone would ring twice and then her answering service would pick up. I left messages and never got a reply. After that I went to the website, shipwiz.us, to find the companies phone number. I called the company phone number and tried every department, and was only able to get a recording telling you to leave a message. Nikolas Schnoor, age ?40, I believe is the owner. Their SOP or standard operating procedure is exactly what Asia described.

  • I am also in the same boat. Have you thought how you are going to resolve it? or have you heard anything back from the company?

  • I am going through the exact same situation at the moment. I'm supposed to get paid on the 16th of October, but after reading all this, I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. I already called the police but unfortunately I do have to wait until the 16th to file a report with them as well as with the Labor Commission, just to prove that I in fact didn't get paid as promised.
I suggest everyone do the same so that police reports build up on these people, please everyone file a police report and go to the Labor Commission, that's the only way we'll be able to get them.
I still have some packages left here that never got shipped because I never received a shipping label from them, and it's very expensive stuff... I am also worried that I gave them my personal information.

  • We are in the same boat as the other people's complaint. This company hired me at the end of August to be a Mail Clerk from home & my pay date is Oct 7th but have seeing a ding, dong cent. I called the company phone number and all i get is a non working number recording. Their SOP or standard operating procedure is exactly what Asia described.

How do we go about getting our money, or recoup he damages lost? Someone earlier mentioned calling and making a police complaint, as well as calling the labor commission will that help, and who exactly do we call? Any help will be much appreciated.

  • Everybody!! Please go to the police!! I just found out now that they were probably using OUR information (name, address, phone number, social security, etc.) to make it seem like WE (not them) were the ones using other people's credit cards to purchase all the items that were shipped to us. I looked at an invoice from Best Buy and it had a phone number, I called the number and turns out this person has actually been scammed from his credit card. Looks like they've been using his credit card to purchase many items from Best Buy and his bank is now investigating it. I received several packages that were under this person's name and it wouldn't surprise me to find out that Shipwiz people used MY information to make it seem like I was the one committing the fraud!!
    Please go to the police!

  • Everybody please check out this website: http://companies.findthecompany.com/l/27465668/Mailu-Inc-in-Coral-Gables-FL

Scroll all the way down to the reviews. Apparently the same people had another "business" called "MailU Inc." and they did everything the same, just the name of the "company" was different. And if you read the reviews, the names given there as the company's representatives are different from the ones we have from shipwiz. The ONLY name that's the same is MARIA KOFFMAN!!

  • I am also a victim of the dastardly act of Maria Koffman, representing Mailu in this case. They took all of my personal information on the pretext of hiring me as a Mail Clerk. After working for them for a whole month and mailing all of their parcels, they suddenly stopped sending mails to me and the lady ceased taking calls from me. I am very alarmed by revelations on this site that they may have used my personal information to steal from innocent people. What can I do in the circumstances?
