I have bought 1 GB hosting package with new domain registration from them on 26 sep 2013. However i am still unable to access the domain and the email ids that i have created on the domain 3pinfratech.com. Initially there control panel was working but now they have changed my login credentials and i am unable to login into the control panel also.
I have requested them multiple time, created help tickets with both their technical team and Billing team, but they are not helping me.
I request you to please help me on this either they resolve my problem or refund my money.
