I recieved a notification from Interstate Lottery System to recieve potential winning numbers for the Colorado State Lottery. I paided the fee of $36.00. Later about 1 week later I recieved a letter from them to confirm my address. On October 10, 2013 I recieved an empty envelope, with no special lotto numbers to play, none!!. I would realy appreciate my money back, had I known this was a scam, I would not have wasted my time or my money.
