Called the Quick Connect line to get information and whoever answered said it was too late to call. It was 7:30pm PT. I think I woke him up. I told him there were no hours of operation on website and he hung up on me. Its a good thing he did because thats how I ended up here by looking for reviews and complaints! Lesson learned- Do some research on the company before calling.
