Similar to other complainants, I had Alex Keeling assist me with an US Entry Waiver. I paid him $500 up front and submitted all of my documentation to him. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions after that by phone and email and have never received a response. I have attempted to call within the last few months and was able to reach a "co-worker" of his but I have never heard back about my waiver. This company is total BS.

My monetary loss included the cost of the digital finger printing.
