On October 08, 2013 I was on my computer looking up the product name Garcinia Cambogia when the name BuyHlper came up. Their phone number 866-963-8145. I called talk to a Nicole, she took my order for a free sample and all I had to pay was $2.99, try the product and if I was pleased w/product I could call and cancel at any time. So as an idiot I gave her my bank card number and thinking all is well, hung up and was going to go and pick up some fruit, but wanted to check my bank card balance first, well to my surprise BuyHlper had charged my bank card $79.00 not $2.98 as stated; this threw my card balance into two over drafts, costing me $36.00 each. I turned around and called BuyHlper back (it was on less than an hour that order was placed) and told a Kim, to cancel the order I had "just placed" and put the $79.00 back on bank card to remove the over drafts,"she tells me she can not do that only the billing department could". I ask to speak with billing, she then states, "the billing department can not take calls" Her and I went around and around. I ask what happened to the $2.98 that was to be charged not $79.00, she then states "she did not know" I ask to speak w/supervisor, and she tries to tell me "the company does not have supervisors only those who take orders" Lets face it now I know I have been duped. I waited an hour and tried again, and got the same run around. I called my bank and filed a dispute and they sent a form and are looking into it. I feel this company owes all of us much more money just for the aggravation alone. I have contacted the Attorney General's office here in my stated and they also are sending in a form. I will also contact the BBB in my county. SO BUYER BEWARE of this company.
