I had an experience similar to the others who posted. I made a big purchase and as such you expect good customer service or at least some service. The software didn't work and when I contacted tech support they didn't respond. Then I contact them again and a week later a tech support rep said they were trying to figure out the problem. Then I asked for a refund. They ignored me, until I contact them again to say that I was going to contact Paypal. I am still disputing it with my credit card company and then I am going to file a complaint with Paypal too. They are scammers BEWARE. They sell faulty "software" that really ended up being probably a wordpress plugin. They offer no support. They don't respond unless to harass you to pay again after you contest a payment. They are also located in multiple countries and operating under multiple names probably to cover their tracks (Israel, Detroit, and I believe Germany too). If you see any of these names in a webinar pitch delete and put it in your spam folder: leadrush, lead rush, client rush network, clientrushnetwork, city deals network, citydealsnetwork. I took a leap of faith that the service would help me help small business owners, but as a result of a faulty product and having no faith in their commitment to customer service, I am not going to use the product. And I am once again going to request a refund. Don't get scammed like I did.
