Equinox anti wrinkle/ageing creme offer free samples providing you pay the delivery fee.What they do't make clear is that you should reply within 14days to let them know what you think of their product if you don't they take £95.00 from your bank account using the card details that where used previously on paying for delivery. I actually thought this was illegal to do and didn't realise i had to reply in 14 days.
I have now returned the product back to them, i phoned customer services only to be told thatthey will be refunding £45.00 as they keep £ 20.00 for warehouse fees. I told him that doesn't add upto the full amount, so then he said Its £ 40.00 so then that adds up. So now its cost me £ 50.00 for nothing (thats adding delivery for the samples). Thats if even get the refund at all.
I just want my money back and other people to be aware of this scam.
