I was a victim of the Luxury Vacations Mexico scam while on vacation in Mexico. The timeshare scam started as soon as they invited me to a timeshare presentation. The timeshare presentation was advertised as 90 minutes, but ended up being 3.5 hours long. I didn't realize that I was falling into the Luxury Vacations Mexico scam. There were a lot of high pressure sales tactics used during the presentation. They informed me that my timeshare weeks were an investment and that they could rent my weeks. This is all part of the Luxury Vacations Mexico scam. They even told me that they had people waiting to rent my weeks. It all sounded to good to be true. I Eventually we parted with a considerable amount of money. At this point I had fallen into the Luxury Vacations Mexico scam, along with countless others. Understandably I had no idea that I had been a victim of fraud and until months later. They had not sent me the promised monthly payments that I was supposed to have had received. They would never speak to me directly and always promised to call me back but never did. Luxury Vacations Mexico scammed me for over $20,000 dollars and didn't even blink. Do not trust this company, do not part with your money.
