I purchased DVDFab9 on 4/5/13. I have had no problems until I tried to install the recent update of 10/18/13. After installing the update I was informed that I would have to purchase the product. I think this company is a knockoff of DVDFab.com, which informed me that I need to pay for the upgrade. The ony way to contact the above company is via email which is no longer valid.
