I ordered the "Free Trial" for $2.95 with a money back guarantee.When I received the product it was 4 bottles that I did not ask for. Then I was charged $124.95 from my account that I did not authorize. I have called and called and spoke to numerous people in regards to my refund. Each time they tell me that it will get it in 3-5 business days. Those days have came and gone. I call again, they tell me that they are going to escalate the issue and I will have my refund in 3 days. Still no money. I then asked for a Supervisor and/or Manager. I was told that they are to busy with other customers and can't talk. I was told that I would be put on a priority list for a call back the same day. Well, no call. I called again and asked for the corporate number and they told me that they can't give me that. I am so irritated that they are ripping people off and nothing is being done. I finally called again today and again no Supervisor available. They did give me a so called email to corporate which I emailed. I also have filed a compliant with the BBB of Utah. My next step is to contact the news and an Attorney.
