Received a letter in an enevelope in the regular First Class UK Royal Mail with a prepaid stamp for £.60 reference number 3XXL 383E. Letter contained suggestion that someone with my family surname had $16.4 million USD invested in the China CITIC Dah Sing Bank in Beijing which had not been claimed. offering to help us reclaim the money and split it in half with 'Cai' who signs the letter. Only an email address for reply - no postal address.
