I completed an purchase through tapjoy to get FTD flowers. They promised 214 diamonds on my singing monsters account. I submitted a customer service ticket within a few hours when I did not receive my "instant" reward at the completion of the transaction. In response to the complaint a CS agent sent an email asking for receipt, my account name and game code. I replied with all information and then last night they sent an email saying they already credited my account on 10/17/13. They have not. I have sent multiple replies back letting them know I have not received any diamonds, and asking to confirm the account info they have for the account credited. I have received no response. Frankly, I now look down on any game using tapjoy and I distrust the affiliate offers used by tapjoy. If this is not resolved I will happily go to small claims court to get my money back and complain to every company tapjoy has ever been in business with.
