plus offshore charges of $3.95 this was charged today have notified bank who will dispute amounts.
1st amount was taken from my account $149.85 NZ$179.16 offshore charges of $3.76 this amount showing as BUYSUPP.COM888 895 0205at 0.8364* which is not the name they said would show on my account statement, only receipt I have been given is for 2 amounts of $2.95 for postage. I accidently hit the 2 bottles of some other product they had offered when i didnt want them. I am continuing to contact the company and emailed them also as i want a full refund.

Rung the number they provided today they tried offering me complimentary vouchers and that once product arrives I have to ring them to get address to send back to them and that a full refund will be given within 5-7 business days I am also doing a dispute through bank as well. I also requested conformation of what she told me but none emailed to me. She also tried to say I had ordered the 2nd product I was billed for. Will update as I proceed.
