I ordered the coffee extract in May...I did not receive it in several weeks and inquired...they said it was sent on June 11th...up until now, I have not received the product, now a tracking number to trace it. I seem to be getting form letters. They said that they have forwarded to matter to management...and I haven't heard from them since Sept. 24th.
I was on the phone for more than thirty minutes before hanging after listening to recordings.
Where can I go from here?!

The delay may be due to a detention by customs. We cannot issue a tracking number for the package because the item is sent internationally. When the product changes carriers, all of our tracking information becomes inaccurate, because the two carriers are not communicating the status of package each other.
