No loss yet but have received identical letter as listed above from this company and they are stating that I've won $2,997,500.00 and will release it if I mail them a Release Fee of $20 and provide them with a signature. Reference # 59191540207. I'm tempted to sign the form and attach a letter to send me a statement of fees and upon receipt of monies I won I will send them the fee. Who are these people and who are they representing? I didn't submit my name or purchase magazines, etc. How is they've chosen meN Thank you.
