I enrolled in a trial offer for Coffee Been extract and Cleanser via a facebook add. In there they did NOT provide full disclosures - No were on there was I advised about later having to pay 79.95 and 89.95 and agreeing to autoshipment - I received another package in the mail about a week ago and today decided to call the company because there is no Packing slip or invoice so I called to find out why I received it and how much was it. Much to my surprise I was advised it was 79.95 and 89.95 charge - I explained i did not agree to that and wanted to return the merchandise - They explained there is no return after 30 days - i explained i just got it a week ago - rep stated 30 days from start of trial period?? How could that even make sense. So i ask her to cancel and she says i can cancel but you have another shipment that hit the fullfillment center - i said cancel it its not 30 days i dont even have it - she said its not 30 days from when i get product but 30 days when i started trial. Needless to say they gave me 75% credit on shipment on its way - I advised them I was NOT happy and wanted to file a complaint.
