I made a flight e tickets reservation #39577 for two tickets from Cairo to Paris and made bank transfer to the company for the whole amount of the price which is 784 USD. Unfortunetly, the company did not send me the tickets until the day of my trip and I had tonpurchase new tickets which costed me USD 1255.
The company denied receiving the money and failed to activate the tickets although my bank, being HSBC, confirmed that the company received the whole amount on the 7th of October.
I hereby request to take all legal proceedings against the company to reimburse all paid amounts plus losses I incurred due to their deceptive action.

The comapny sent me fraudulent tickets and the airlines confirmed that no orders where made by the company
