This company took $148.95 out of my minor daughter's debit card. We immediately went to the bank and filed a complaint. We returned the unopened merchandise immediately and still haven't received the money back in her account yet. Every time I call, for 3 weeks, I am told they are working on it. There is eveidence the product was received in their warehouse. They tell me the credit has been issued and it will take 30 days to hit her account. Credits do not take 30 days to get processed. They are just holding her money. There is never a supervisor I can speak with, only customer service reps with a script. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are not a reputable business.
