They took money from my account for a membership card fee(69.95)
I've been called and emailed all day along for a loans and i felt very vulnerabole
I think some one need to do somthing is no right whot they doing.

- I was shocked and surprised to have received a letter from these guys, claiming that I "joined them on the 29th October". As I clearly remember NOT signing up ( as I spotted their fraudulent £69.75 charge ), I was alarmed to see that they DISHONESTLY processed the card payment without my consent . They also did not advise me that you were going to do this, as I did not give you my card details on their website. They harvested by card details from one of the payday loan sites I visited, ( illegally ). I called them and spoke to Gemma and account manager Samantha, recording the call digitally. Because of the recording, they promised to process the refund within 7 working days. Will post more details .........
