I don't understand how this company is allowed to continue ripping people off? On 10/16/13, I placed an order online for an AT&T sim are and 1 month of unlimited cell phone service. The SIM card didn't fit my IPhone 4. I called this crappy company and was transferred to "4" different employees. They didn't care about my problem, didn't apologize and said to re-order. "No refunds are allowed!" Friday, the 25th, I received the 2nd SIM card. I called to activate my IPhone, and again was transferred to 4 different people. Their customer service is the worst!! They insisted that I give them my first order # which I didn't have with me. They were unable to verify that I had already paid them $56. This company operates out of someone's garage! The employee wanted me to pay for another 30 days of service because of their incompetent billing system. They refused to activate my phone - "what a mess!" I could see where this was going, so I decided to go back to Zverizon. I was a customer of theirs for 6 years and left on good terms. They gladly helped me start new service. I'm reporting Straight Talk to the F. T. C.
