I seen the advert on Facebook, filled through with the online payment as it told me it would be free apart from postage (total of £4.50) and then took £150.00 from my account!!!

- I also fell prey to this scam,£153 taken from my account when all I thought was p&p. Ive recieved the product but no rebate form or any way of contacting them. If anybody can help with an email address I would be very grateful. Feel so stupid!!!!!

I have also fell for this and had £160.14 deducted from my bank account. The bank couldn't dispute it as it is a pending payment and not showing on my statement. I couldn't get through to the company by phone or they never responded to my emails.
This is the message I received from them via Facebook when threatening to take the matter further, so we shall see. Hope this helps:

Hi Zoe, thanks for the information. I was able to pull up your account and see that the order shipped today 11/4/13. I'm so sorry there was serious confusion about what was ordered, and I apologize for the inconveniences and frustrations this has caused you. We have a couple of options to resolve this. I can issue you a full refund, you can return the products to us, and your account will be closed. Or, if you'd prefer, I can issue you a 50% refund now and you'd be welcome to keep the products coming to you without having to return them. You should be receiving 5 bottles, and that would be plenty to begin experiencing significant results. Please let us know either way, and again, so sorry for the confusion. Thanks Zoe. -

- Hi Zoe.. What fb page did u send your message to? As when I search fb for raspberry ketone quite a few pages come up and I can't be 100% sure what one I use as it was on my timeline as an ad yesterday when I gone back through its no longer there

- Does anyone have a contact number that they answer too? And what is the Facebook page that I can write to them for a refund? I unfortunately got scammed into it & got £155 taken out of my account
