i paid for a dslr camera for my wife i was told it would be sent out within 24 hours i was then told they had to have 10kg before they could ship so had to wait for other buyers in my county to ship or i could have a refund.
i then asked for a refund and all i get told is wait until monday then friday then monday to cut a long story short they dont send goods they dont refun and as i paid by w/u i have no way of getting my money back.
