I filed my case withdrawal with Global Visas Dubai branch since July 2013 but unfortunately my previous case manager did not file my withdrawal before he left the company. I called their head office UK to check about my case withdrawal and they informed me that they did not receive my letter and they asked me to send the black and white case withdrawal directly in UK.I did what they have asked me and only this first week of October that Dubai office (Razim Patel and Riyas) told me that my case withdrawal has been approved from their head office in UK and I just have to wait for a week to claim my refund. But unfortunately, until now I cannot get any feedback from them in Dubai about my refund. According to Dubai, they are waiting for UK head office to send the funds to them so that they can send it to me but when I called UK head office to follow up, they said that Dubai should be the one to send the money back to me since I paid it in cash via western union. Every day for almost 3 weeks now I am calling Dubai and UK offices but it's the same thing that they are telling to me. They referred me to the service manager in Dubai named Cristina but whenever I will call her, I can not get through with her because no one is answering her extension or she's always in a meeting or with a client. I told everyone that I have spoken to that my contract in Saudi Arabia was already finished and I am just waiting for my refund from their company. I spent extra money calling them but they never returned my call or this Cristina to answer my email. The people in UK that I have spoken with promised me that they will send a task to Cristina to call me and deal with me about my case but she never did even once.
