I have noticed a regular payment from 9.95 my credit card of visa MasterCard which began on 17/12/2012. I have never authorized this, nor does any program of this name appear anywhere on my PC so I have no idea how to use it (if it were actually there). Can you get these charges stopped and if possible the stolen money refunded?
