My daughter was looking for photoshop software for school and she found this site. We asked for the monthly subscription for $2.49. We were never able to download a thing. I checked my bank account and they charged $78.90. So I called the listed number 1-800-469-5065 and a woman answered the phone. I very politely began explaining to her what had happened and she began to scream at me "Why are you calling!?!" So then I told her that I was trying to explain to her my situation and she continued to yell that I had no right in calling up and just mouthing off and she hung up. I have been trying to call them and now she does not answer the phone. I am still within my 3 days refund period and they will not answer the phone. I am a single mother that was hit with the government furlough. I can't afford to just throw money around. How do I get my money back!?
