merrywood loans have taken £69.75 out of my account without permission,i have contacted company about 8 times asking where my refund is to be told it will be in my account at the end of the week.ive contacted them today to be told the same thing,
i asked the girl if i was actually going to get this money back or and she said im not talking to you and put the phone down
