I've paid for this online but I can't get into the member's area with the password and username they sent me in the verification email. There is no contact information. I've even tried to reply to 'password reset' emails, but no one has ever returned my emails. There's nowhere to even request a refund.
Update: 01/14/2014
I finally received sort of a refund minus 15% which they claim were admin fees, so instead of $144.95, I received $123.21 - $16.85 to send the CD back with a tracking no. as I was told I wouldn't get any refund if I didn't.
