Advertised on Facebook, 90 day trial with only the £4.95 postage and packing to pay, advertised with value of £153. I ordered this product, believing I would only pay the postage and packing, however upon checking my bank balance £153.95 has been taken, I did not consent to this amount. I have received an email from the company containing a mail-in rebate form which can be submitted 30 days after purchase, so I am now out of pocket and will have to wait 30 days to see if the company honour the rebate. A disgusting way to extortionate money out of people

  • This also happened to me! Once I managed to get in touch with the company they gave me a full refund! I wouldn't wait the 30 days as in terms and conditions I'm sure it states something about 30 day return policy which in the end might be another scam and you'll end up getting nothing back! :)

  • When I contacted my bank they said it was a company called whole nutra that where taking the money out my bank? Is this what has appeared on your statement? If so go onto the website www.wholenutra.com and contact the number on that! It's a American number but as soon as I got trough they took my name and told me they will refund me in 1-3 days which they did! Let me know if you have any luck! That's the number on there website 1-800-653-1084 ..

    This has cost me 15 pound in phonecalls to get in contact with them! So it was a stupid mistake!

    I placed an order on your website: www.raspberryketonefresh.com for a free trial and was told I was only going to pay £4.98 but this is not the case. I have not been charged £4.98 but £153.94, £1.99 & £1.99. These transactions have not been authorized by me and in your terms & conditions you state: 'This is a one time purchase and your credit card will not be billed again unless you decide to re-order. This special offer sends you a full 90 day supply of Raspberry Ketone Fresh.'

    On the order confirmation you sent me you should've told me how much money you were going to take from my account.

    I would like to request a refund please of all the amounts you billed me and to cancel the order I have placed with yourselves.

    Please contact me as soon as possible.
