THOUGHT I WAS ONLY PAYING POSTAL COST FOR A TRIAL OF EQUINOX DAY AND NIGHT SERUM WITH RVL CREAM ALSO. I KNEW NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT THEM TAKING £89 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WHENEVER THEY FELT LIKE IT... WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IS FRAUDUELENT. iTS A DISCRACE HOW THESE PEOPLE CAN STEAL FROM PEOPLE LIKE THEY HAVE. I HOPE THEY ARE PUT A STOP TO VERY SOON. I THOUGHT IT MUST HAVE BEEN POSTED ON FACEBOOK BY A FRIEND OF A FRIEND WHO MUST HAVE TRIED IT.AND SO I THOUGHT IT WAS SAFE. THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CASE.BEWARE!

- This company is an absolute fraud. Everything I have read from all of you who have been ripped off happened to me. My credit card company is looking into it, but unfortunately, I think they will be as effective as I was in dealing with them. No paper packing list no confirmation e mail, nothing. Many lies in the course of two conversations on their part. They would not provide me with Return Merchandise Instructions unless I agreed to a 20% per item restocking charge. My credit card was also charged an international transaction charge for each shipment ($25) . I can't believe these people are associated with Dr. Oz.
