I exchanged 180,000 points from RCI to join VSI with the help of TERP. They also put $11,000 on my charge card with the understanding that it would be taken off once I did the following.
I also paid $498.00 and took out a VISA card to charge $242.00 in exchange for the $11,000 to be taken off my other VISA card.
It has not happened .
I have contacted VSI and they brush me off. They tell they have no involvement in this matter.
I'm waiting for a call from RR closings to talk to me about this matter.
Is this a scam? Can someone help me.

You have been scammed by the "chin-beard" gang from the Morris, Marsellies, Ottawa Illinois area. They are headed up by a (Inappropriate Content Removed) names Brandon Jon Cooke. RCI has filed a trade infringement lawsuit against them. However, they have structured their scamm so that they can just ignore you, hoping that you will go away and not send good money after bad.
There is a 76 page history of this group on Redbook.com. Look it uo under Points Rental Liquidators, the 1st life of a company that you probably paid the $498.oo to - Excess Property Solutions (EPS). The Redbook posts will give you a good idea of what you are up against and what your chances are of ever getting you money back. -
