I ordered the free trial of both the slendera and natural cleanse.After I had ordered I told a friend who proceeded to warn me about the problems she had heard from friends after ordering the same. So I decided I would get ahold of this company right away and make it clear I did not want anymore or any surprise charges but was never able to talk to anyone. I would be on hold for awhile then it would hang up on me. I decided to try their customer service email and did get two separate replys for each product acknowledging my request and assuring me I would not get any surprise charges. Yesterday I did see that surprise charge for 84.67 and proceeded to call them which I did finally speak to someone and was simply told there was no refunds and nothing she could do for me.Very unprofessional and I new right away they were not an honest company. No where on the web site do I even see an 84.00 price for two bottles of pills and regardless I got ahold of them by email before the 14 days and she told me if the bottle of pills had already been opened then I could not return them. How am I supposed to try them without opening them? Their site is vague and full of missing information. I will warn everyone about this company and I will get my money back.
