I ordered a TV on 10/24/2013 and was also asked to pay with an Amazon gift card. Once payment was confirmed, Casiteki stopped communicating with me. I have not received my TV and although Amazon was made aware of the redemption of my gift card being unauthorized, they have not refunded the amount to my Amazon account, even after placing a hold on the other person's account that attempted to redeem my gift card. Now Amazon says I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I'm waiting to hear back as to whether I can recoup my money. My original contact at Casiteki was also Vanessa Moore, the phone number listed on Manta is not legit and Casiteki's website has been taken down.
