I contacted Cyber PC Experts on 11/13/2012 by dialing (800)871-7918 and (800 290-0592. I spoke with a supervisor named Sunil Bora (good man) and notified him about the problems the other techs in his company had caused me. He stuck with me and told me to only use him for my work but he was off when I called and I had to meet a deadline (Bad deal...the tech put me in worst shape than I was in before I called...I was screwed again. I have had to sometime call 3 or 4 times a day. One tech will repair a problem and cause another...I will call and another tech will undo what he fixed and cause 2 more problems...Well after 1 year I had to totally trash the machine do to error messages popping up everywhere and slower than a turtle and freezing up every 5 to 10 min. Some of the techs are good at what they do but some a not "PROBLEM". One person will fix something and a another will destroy his work while causing other problems. It had become a living hell they worked on my computer for tow weeks 24X7 and it would run slower and slower. They destroyed my machine. I left the details with Cyber PC Experts Manager (He said he was the "Senior Techs" and supervisor. I left my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response.
