I was told by HP remote Services that for $14.99 a month, I would have access 24/7 to technical support. I gave them access for automatic credit card withdrawal (big mistake) Several months passed and they assisted me on several issues; however in July, my laptop crashed and they were unable to fix it. I did not buy another laptop. I called them to discontinue service and was told by them I had to continue the service for a year even though I didn't sign anything and didn't have a laptop and they were unable to fix the one I had. My credit card company is handling the situation hopefully but I hope people will listen and be aware.
