I ordered a Zoom H4N recorder from their online store just over a week ago and paid via direct bank transfer. I have not heard one word from them since the payment.
Multiple messages via their web page, email and Facebook page have had no effect. It's as if they don't exist. On further investigation I've since found that I am far from the only one who has been scammed. I'm laying a charge against them in the morning.
