Same scam as has been reported here, sign up for trial, and without being notified, was charged 191.06 on my credit card, and havent received that order yet. Unbelievable. Sure hope we can get help for this, sorry I ever clicked on that facebook ad.
Update: 11/06/2013
After speaking with my credit card company I realized that they have covered themselves by having a TERMS button on the website, which you dont have to agree before signing up. Borderline fraud.
