I believe they are located in United Kingdom. I wanted to look at prices for their yearly plan and instead of being able to look at prices it automatically charged me $200. I called and talked to a guy who said he had cancelled the transaction and that I'd have nothing to worry about. (Confirmation Code -- 643341-2550737). It is now the 6th of November and the money has come out. I called back to figure out what happened and some guy said he refunded it but it would take 7-10 days. My account is currently negative due to this and I can't wait that amount of time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to let me speak to a supervisor. He kept saying that they don't have phone numbers and that he can't transfer phone calls. He told me to call back later but also said that I still won't be able to speak to a supervisor. The customer service was irresponsible and immature. I've lost $200 and have no idea when or if I'll be getting it back.
