I purchased an item off Andrew Taylor's website globalsoundtrade.co.nz on the October 30, after paying in full I did not hear anything back. On Tuesday November 5 I managed to talk to him on the phone, at this point he assured me he would refund my full amount into my account that evening. I never received a refund. Since I have called his number again and only spoke to his mother who claims not to have seen him for two weeks (even though I only spoke to him two days ago). I have paid for a direct credit recovery from my bank but am not hopeful that this will recover my money.
