I received a call offering a one time offer to try a weight loss herbal product.The man claimed it "really works"
I agreed and received the bottle in the mail for the price of$4.99(Visa Card)
A couple weeks later i noticed a second billing on Oct.25 for a second same product,which I did not request.Nor have I ever received the product.I wish to get my $89.71 back and not receive any more of this product.I have tried calling 18778541740 and heard a recording , repeat over and over that this is not a working number.I wish to find some way to get refunded and for this company to stop falsley billing me.

Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
