I bought 2 watches from them and returned them because they were defective. So far I have not received a replacement or compensation from them and they don't acknowledge my emails.
The credit card company (TD Visa) doesn't seem to know what Customer protection means. I hope the Chinese Consulate can do something about this scam.

- Finally TD VISA is going to reimburse me the cost of the watches. The merchant returned (refused) my parcel without even opening it. Some of the material in one of the watches, a Rolex Submariner, was disintegrating. Anyway, besides a few headaches, several telephone calls and a few letters, it seems that the only thing that I lost was the cost of the parcel to China. I hope I can recuperate the bracelet, although I don't know what I could do with it.
