I ordered on 22/10/2013 free samples of Lift & glow pro & Lift Serum
With just £1.99 postage each,
On 08/11/2013 £169.42 was taken out of my bank.
I understood these to be free of charge as that's what it states in the advert and on my invoice. I have no idea where this payment derives from and I shall be calling the London Branch for an explanation...and possibly calling Trading Standards if this is not resolved by Juveneu and my money reimbursed.
