So after reading into how it's a scam and how some people have lost over $200 with no way to get it back, I sprinted over to my bank and had them cancel my debit card. They said there was a charge for $6.98 but it was pending and by them shutting down my card they won't be able to make anymore charges. $6.98! I got so lucky! I feel so stupid but lesson learned! There are people who cannot reach the company to cancel your order so I want people to know to go directly to your bank and cancel your account! Save all emails and phone calls you've had with the companies (there's more than one) incase you decide to take legal action like some people have done.

  • Well done and thanks for the link, for anyone else reading this contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.

  • UPDATE: They called me THREE TIMES (problaby because my debit card account was cancelled). 1-866-379-2003 <--- This number called me three times and didn't leave a message. I finally had the guts to call back and spoke to a man named John Something.... I cut off his speech and said "oh I talked to someone the other day about my card being declined and they said it was okay because they hadn't shipped it anyways" and he said "Oh okay gabby, I will mark you down as a "no" and have a great rest of your day!" . That was it. I would of went off on him but he's a telemarketer and doesn't care. I only lost $6.00. I hate talking to people on the phone. But if you guys need to contact them, thats the only number I have. I was surprised they picked up when I had called
